David Marsh

Executive Director

David has spent the last three decades with Oakwood and brings a wealth of experience to his role as Executive Director. The role is multifaceted, involving strategic planning, property acquisition, and overall company growth initiatives. David has a diverse skill set and his ability to navigate complex business landscapes and identify opportunities positions Oakwood for success in a competitive industry.

The most fulfilling aspect of his job lies in building meaningful relationships and adding tangible value to clients, stakeholders, and the community. He enjoys the challenges the industry brings such as navigating regulatory frameworks and addressing infrastructure concerns like earthquake strengthening.

Outside of work, David finds relaxation in travel, skiing, and socialising with friends and colleagues.


Rosaria Marsh

Commercial Property Manager

Prior to her role as a Commercial Property Manager at Oakwood Properties, Rosaria worked in recruitment and residential property management. She is responsible for overseeing commercial lease management, coordinating repairs and maintenance, facilitating communication with tenants and contractors, and providing regular reports to the board of directors.

Rosaria has a BA in Communications, a DipGrad in HR Management, the New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management Level 4 (version 2) and is currently pursuing a Masters in Property Practice.

Rosaria strives to foster positive relationships with tenants and enjoys watching their business succeed while leasing an Oakwood property.

Her favourite activities include travelling, enjoying time at the beach with her dog Dougie, practising Pilates, and indulging in Netflix.


Katrina Jensen

Administration Manager

Katrina’s career background is primarily in Human Resources. At Oakwood Properties she is responsible for managing the accounts, payroll and general administration.

Katrina enjoys collaborating with the team at Oakwood, and over the years has completed a number of relevant qualifications, including a New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management and more recently a Diploma in Legal Executive Studies.

In her free time, Katrina likes doing gym classes, travelling, walking the dog, spending quality time with family and planning her next holiday.

 


Caroline Mackay

Property Manager

Caroline has an extensive background in medical insurance services. At Oakwood Properties she is responsible for working with tenants and contractors to have maintenance issues resolved quickly and ensures buildings are up-to-date with compliance regularly. She also provides inspections, viewings, reference checks.

Caroline has a B.Sc. majoring in Marketing and a DipGrad in Management and is currently working towards the New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management Level 4. Since joining Oakwood, Caroline has developed a broad understanding of property and property management and particularly enjoys calling successful applicants and offering them their new home.

In her time away from the office, Caroline enjoys spending time watching her children play sports and camping with friends and family.
